Terms of Service

Please, read carefully. By commissioning me, you've agreed to my Terms of Services.1. Any work done or made available to the client must not be used for AI (Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, AI/ML Training, NFT, blockchain or any for profit platforms or purposes. Such usage is completely prohibited and may result in legal action taken.2. Payment in USD via Boosty only (credit card). The Client pays for transaction fee, it's around 11% for Boosty.3. No refunds.4. When payment link is received, the Client agrees to pay within 48 hours unless circumstances are communicated otherwise in advance, or the waitlist position may be cancelled.5. The Client agrees to provide all required art, references, information and assets before work starts and during the process, or it can affect the timeline.6. I will start working on the sketch after receiving the full payment.7. Revisions maximum 3 times on the sketch and 1 time minor revision on the finished art.
Any additional edits will cost extra depending on details complexity.
Please keep in mind that composition, pose and big details on art can be edited only on the sketch step.8. Price listed are for personal use only. Please contact me for commercial art.9. The commission will take from 2 weeks to 2 months depending on the waitlist and my schedule.10. Feel free to ask me if I'm able to draw something not listed below.

Rights

I reserve the right to:
- decline the commission request if I didn't favor it.
- post the the cropped, resized or watermarked art to my social media as my portfolio.The Client reserves the right to:
- print the art in limited quantity for personal use only
- post or use the art for their social media as avatar, banner or background with proper credit, either by referencing my username @lilybunart and/or by directly linking to one of my social media.Ownership of characters remains with the rightful owners.In case if the Client paid for private commission, I undertake not to publish full art on my social media. Cropped preview will be published only with the Client's permission.The Client can't claim my art as their own.
Any additional changes to the art (cropping, adding extra details, color change, etc) are prohibited.

• Canvas can be vertical or horizontal, it depends on the art concept.
• The final piece will be a PNG, with and without a signature (resolution within the range of 3000-4000 pixels, 350dpi). Higher resolution is available for extra fee depending on size and complexity.

Bust up : $70/character

Half body : $100/character

Full body : $130/character

Chibi : $40/character

• Extra character +100%
• Complex designs +30-100%
• Detailed background +30-150$ (simple abstract background is included in the base price)
• Extra version (alternative face expression, clothes off, effects and ect.) +10-100$
• NSFW content does not affect the price.
• Private commission +50% of total price (closed at the moment)
• Commercial commission is calculated individually.
• Rush fee is applied if deadline is less than a week, depends on the complexity of the commission.
